Your order may not have been completed correctly or your e-mail address may be incorrect.

What payment methods are available?

Can I change the payment method after my order is confirmed?
Payment methods can't be changed after your order has been confirmed. Please make sure to check when ordering.
I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel the order?
Cancellations can be accepted only before shipment.

Can I return the item I received?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note, however, that there are some items that can't be returned. Please see our Returns & Refung Policy for details.

We will ship a replacement item as soon as possible.

Which shipping company does Daiichigosei use to deliver items?
We will ship by EMS or DHL of your choice.

After payment, we are afraid the shipping address can't be changed. Please enter your correct information.

We are afraid the shipping company can't be changed. We only use Japan Post EMS or DHL.
Do you repair a purchased item?
We are afraid we don't repair items. Please be careful not to remove Mako's pins from the frame. The pins are hard to put back once they are out.
I'd like to take a look at Tasuki brand products. Is there any place displaying the products?
We only display our products at archeology conferences SAA, EAA and WAC.

Tasuki is our product brand. It originally means a relay-baton in Japanese. Our mission is to become a cultural baton to pass historical properties to next generations.
